Jaw Crusher


Technological Functions

A jaw crusher is used for the processing of hard raw materials, for the initial crushing of large blocks of shale, coal gangue and other hard raw material in the manufacturing of heavy clay bricks.



Structure and Principles

The motor-driven belt and pulley generate reciprocating movement of the jaw through the eccentric shaft. When the jaw rises, the angle between the elbow plate and the moving jaw becomes larger, thus pushing the moving jaw plate closer to the fixed jaw plate, while the material is crushed and chopped down. When the jaw lowers, the angle between the elbow plate and the moving jaw becomes smaller, thus the moving jaw plate leaves the fixed jaw plate under the action of the lever spring, meanwhile the crushed material is discharged from the undercut exit of the crushing cavity. The motor continuously rotates and the jaws make the periodic movement of crushing and draining, thus enabling mass production.

Double Hammer Mill



Technological Functions

A double hammer mill is used for the secondary and final crushing of hard materials, such as coal gangue, shale, coal slag, mine slag and other brittle materials below medium hardness with low water content, mainly done by direct striking force.




Structure and Principles

When operating, the motor drives the rotor for high-speed rotation, the material evenly enters the crusher cavity, the fast moving hammer head impact, shear and tear the material, meanwhile the material's own gravity pulls itself from the high-speed rotating hammer and dashing towards the board, sieve strip, leaving materials larger than the perforation size remained on the plate to be continually impacted and stroke by the hammer until they are crushed to the required mesh size, then discharged out of the machine through the sieve plate. Several rows of hanging hammers are mounted on the spindle of the crusher. The pin holes run through the pin shaft at its circumference, re-hinging hammer between the rows of hanging hammers with the pin shaft, and the working surface can be changed after the hammer is worn.

Features

The lining board can also be pushed inward to adjust the gap and control the mesh sizes. Screening Roller Machine


Technological Functions

A screening roller machine is used for the sorting and selection of hard material after crushing, based on the particle sizes, with great accuracy, the material that meets required granularity passes on to the next process, while the material that does not meet the requirements are sent back to the crusher again.




Structure and Principles

A screening roller machine mainly consists of motors, reducers, roller devices, racks, sealing covers, feeder inlets and discharge outlets. The roller is tilted when mounted on the frame; the motor is connected to the shaft coupling via reducer and roller, driving the roller to rotate around its axis. When the material enters the roller, the roller tilts and rotates, thus flips and rolls the material in it, screening the unqualified material into the exit while qualified material moves on to the next process. The roller body can be generally divided into several sections, depending on the situation. The sieve is arranged by size, from small to large, the sieve aperture is the same for each section.

Structure and Principles

A wet pan mill mainly consists of power units, racks, basins, wheels, and a mill pan along with some other components. Rotation operation mode: The electric motor provides the power to the reducer, passing down the torque onto the upper horizontal axis driven by the reducer through the large vertical shaft, then through the levers at both ends of the cross-shaft to the wheels, generating a driving force to the wheels that make wheels do counterclockwise rotation movement along the horizontal axis; The wheels can rotate around the center shaft of the mill, or around their center axis, while the base stays fixed, thus, the material is well-balanced and crushed.

High Speed Roller Crusher

A side hydraulic multi-bucket excavator consists of the cantilevered structure, walking structure, track system, excavation system, and the conveying structure, etc. The parallel shaft oblique gear reducer powers the rotation the active chain wheels, in order to send the material inside the buckets towards to rear end of the excavator, enabling bulk transportation of materials. The angle of the cantilever can be adjusted using hydraulic cylinder or by the extension/retraction of the wire rope.
