Natural Gas Supply Station

Technological Functions

Natural gas transmission generates enormous pressure, and the pressure often fluctuates due to the long distance, making it difficult to be directly connected and used by the kiln. The natural gas station is designed to reduce and stabilize the pressure, facilitating safer use of the natural gas.

Structure and Principles

 Mechanical and pressure reduction and stabilization, prohibits and monitors any type of fire sources within the station.  Standard solenoid valve and the ball valve double-cutoff.  Safety chain, high/low voltage switch and release devices serve as extra caution  Filtration, pressure reduction and stabilization devices.  Additional bypass pipe, to ensure stable transmission of the natural gas to the kiln.

Two-Stage Hot Coal Gasification Station

Technological Functions

A two-stage hot coal gasification station receives coal blocks from a storage tank which intermittently feeds into the furnace, the coal gets heated by the hot gas from the gasification layer to remove the moisture and volatilize into low-temperature distilled dry semicoke. Semicoke travels down to the gasification layer (reduction layer and oxidation layer), creating a gasification reaction with air and steam entered from the bottom of the furnace, producing the coal gas, which enters the electric de-tar precipitator the tar removal, mixing with the bottom gas in the main pipe, to produce the hot, de-tarrd coal gas for the subsequent kiln operations.

Structure and Principles

The two-stage hot coal gasification station is comprised of six parts: two-stage gas generator, electric de-tar precipitator, cyclone dust collector, pressurized blower for hot gas, pipeline system, and control system.

Features
 Excellent energy-efficiency.  Great and stable heat value.  Flexible operation.  Highly automated process.  Occupying less space in comparison to the traditional design.  Low labor intensity.  Low water consumption.  Low cost for long-term operation.

Pulverizied Coal Preparation Station

Technological Functions

This technology provides an easy and economic solution for customer consuming the common coal applied for the external firing for tunnel kiln in heavy clay industry, which allowing the best quality for manufacturing the bricks, hollow blocks thanks to the high combustion efficiency; The common coal will be converted into the super fine powder by means of the pulverizing process in particle size range 120~180 mesh, thus the very similar combustion performance like gas-liquid fuel will be realized, which is very easy to be ignited and firing, the combustion efficiency of the pulverized coal powder will be improved significantly;

Structure and Principles

The raw coal is delivered by feeder into the Vertical Roller Mill (VRM) constantly, inside where the coal fineness to be converted into 150~180mesh,the pulverized coal then will be classified by the blowing air, as a result, the qualified fine coal powder will be taken out of the VRM and the residual powder will be recycled to be milled until its fineness reaching the expected level and to be blown out; The pulverized coal will be sent into a collector through a by-pass ducts where installed with a solenoid valve to open and exiting the pulverized coal into the coal silo;
